		<description>Daniel, thanks for your question.  First try disconnecting and then resetting your ipod by holding the center button and the menu button for 10 seconds.  Also try resetting your computer.  You might also try reinstalling itunes.  Usually this problem is caused by your computer, so a simple reset of both your computer and your iPod should help.</description>

		<description>hey there, this is a great place to find our ipod's problems a solution, but still got a question: I've been trying to restore my ipod but all I got is a "your ipod can't be restore because some files are used in another location" how is that possible? what can I do to fix it?
